To mark the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II, the War Museum, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute for the Development of Education, has created the lesson "Our Victory". It was prepared as part of the Museum’s project, which honors the contribution of the Ukrainian people to the victory over Nazism and emphasizes the high cost of this victory.
The lesson allows teachers to deepen students’ knowledge of the events of World War II, reveal the experience of the Ukrainian people during the conflict, and explain the importance of preserving the historical memory of the events of the past world conflict.
A lesson plan and accompanying presentation are available for download (in Ukrainian). They can be used as ready-made material for a thematic history lesson, an educational hour, an integrated lesson, or fragmentarily for the needs of the teacher when developing their own lesson plans.
