The War Museum documented another prisoner exchange during Ukraine’s War for Independence. As part of the exchange, 185 Ukrainian defenders and one civilian returned from russian captivity. For the first time, Museum professionals recorded the homecoming of released prisoners near Ukraine’s state border, preserving powerful moments of reunion, relief, and return for the historical record.
