In the space of the exhibition project “Indomitable Ukraine”, organized in London (the United Kingdom) by War museum and Bogdan Gubsky Foundation with the support of the Embassy of Ukraine to the United Kingdom, a meeting was held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
Among the guest at the event were the Minister of State for Defence Readiness and Industry Luke Pollard, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine undergoing training on British soil, service members of the British Armed Forces of the United Kingdom, museum workers from Ukraine, Sweden and Norway, and cultural figures.
General Zaluzhnyi spoke about the lessons of the russian-Ukrainian war in the context of global security challenges and technological progress, its influence on the development of military affairs, and emphasized the necessity of consolidating the democratic world in the face of the aggressor.
A significant part of the event was public’s viewing of the artifacts in the exhibition – authentic evidence of the heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people for freedom and state independence and the unwavering support that Great Britain provides to Ukraine in the current war.
