We invite you to a discussion dedicated to the Holocaust in Ukraine and the preservation of the memory of the tragic events of the past.
You will learn about Anatolii Kuznetsov’s documentary novel Babyn Yar, in which the author captured the horrors of the mass killings in Kyiv. We will also explore why this work has become a unique literary testimony of its time.
Participants will have the opportunity to see with their own eyes the writer’s typewriter, on which he worked on his most famous novel, as well as other artifacts that bear witness to the tragedy of Babyn Yar.
