This film is an observation, a peep into the lives of others. Traveling with Oleksandr Glyadelov from Kyiv and Bucha to Kharkiv, Odesa, and Ilovaisk from the 1990s until 2022, the viewer engages as an interlocutor with the film’s characters, exploring themes of street children and the devastating wars unleashed by russia. They move from the inevitability of today’s events to a confident belief in the victory of good, alongside the photographer.
At the end of the screening, there will be a Q&A with the crew.
GLYADELOV won the Best Ukrainian Feature Film nomination at the Odesa International Film Festival.
