The team of the War Museum, together with the directors of five European cultural institutions from Germany, Poland, Sweden, Lithuania, and Latvia visited the ANTONOV Company.
Acting Director General Yevhen Havrylov and his colleagues informed the guests about the site where Ukrainian aviation was established and continues to advance.
The delegation headed by Yurii Savchuk, Director General of the War Museum, visited the territory of the Museum of the ANTONOV Company and the office museum of the legendary aircraft designer Oleh Antonov, which is open only on special occasions.
Among the participants were representatives of foreign institutions: Jörg Morré, Director of the Berlin-Karlshorst Museum; Małgorzata Ławrowska – von Thadden, CEO of the OBMIN Foundation; Helene Rånlund, Director General of the National Swedish Museums of Military History, Rita Malinauskienė, Director of the Vytautas the Great War Museum, and Kristīne Skrīvere, Director of the Latvian War Museum.
