As part of an official visit to Ukraine, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Slovenia Klemen Boštjančič visited a number of memorial sites in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. One of the key points of the high-ranking official’s trip was the War Museum.
Deputy Director of the Museum Dmytro Hainetdinov guided the distinguished guest through the exhibitions. The Minister viewed the displays “For Freedom”, “…beyond the borders of one’s native land”, “Time Capsule”, and the Museum’s newest project “Memory. Interchange”.
Klemen Boštjančič emphasized the importance of the Museum’s work in preserving the memory of the Second World War and the ongoing russian-Ukrainian war.
The Museum sincerely thanks the Minister for his visit and attention to the institution’s work.
