We ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Photographs of the museum collection are electronic copies of real exhibits. The Museum's researchers wrote the descriptions accompanying the photos and contain reliable information.
The coverage of the activities of the Museum is carried out through objective reflection of actual events.
Other materials (without limitation) to which the Museum is indirectly related are presented "as is" and available without direct or indirect warranties or representations. In particular, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of information that the Museum's employees are not directly involved in creating.
The Museum shall not be liable for any damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this or any other related site. Under no circumstances can the Museum be held liable for the consequences that directly or indirectly result from the use of information posted on this site and be the basis for legal action. These Terms have been developed based on the requirements of Ukraine's laws and regulations. The laws of Ukraine govern disputes arising from the use of the website.
Suppose the rules for using the site materials are violated. In that case, the Museum reserves the right to protect its rights and legitimate interests by any legal means, including in court, according to the rules of Ukrainian legal proceedings.
Amendments
If any provision of the Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise void due to non-compliance with Ukraine's legislation, it shall be removed from the Terms. Other provisions of the Terms shall remain in force and binding.
At its sole discretion, the Museum reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time and to supplement or delete any sections in whole or in part. Changes to the Terms will become effective immediately after they are posted on the website. Your continued use of the site after posting the notice of changes to the Terms means that you agree to these changes. The Museum may at any time, without prior notice, cancel, modify, correct any errors or omissions in any section of the site, as well as make other changes to the materials on the site and post information on it, suspend or terminate the operation of various sections, including access to certain functions. The Museum may also restrict certain features and services or limit your access to certain sections or the entire site without notice or liability.
Protection of confidentiality
Avoid publishing personal information. Posts containing an email address, phone number, or other personal information will be removed.
Comments
We welcome debate and discussion, but please keep comments relevant to the original post and do not repeat the same message in different unrelated posts. Off-topic posts or comments are likely to be deleted.
Please avoid posting hateful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or offensive comments, images, videos, or anything that may be considered offensive to others. Such comments and posts will be removed, and your account will likely be blocked.
Avoid posting or commenting that serves as an advertisement for you or others. We will remove any links, images, messages, etc., that advertise or promote the products or services of individuals, businesses, or organizations, and the appearance of such posts will likely result in page blocking.
Do not violate intellectual property rights
Avoid posting anything that is not your original creative content or for which you do not have legal rights. Borrowed brand logos, graphics, copyrighted text, images, or videos that come to our attention will be removed, and you risk being banned.
Procedure for using e-tickets (from now on—the Procedure)
This Procedure applies to using e-tickets (from now on referred to as the Ticket) of all types purchased at the Museum.
A visitor who has bought a Ticket is obliged to:
- Present the Ticket in digital or printed form for validation by the ticket controller.
- To enter any spaces or exhibitions, you must present an electronic entrance ticket for verification to the Museum curator, controller, or an employee of the Excursion department. This Ticket permits you to visit the site and receive an excursion service.
By booking or using a Ticket, whether or not you were the person who booked it, you understand and agree that:
- If an exhibition or event requires a Ticket, you will not be permitted to enter, join, or attend without one.
- Your Ticket is valid only for the number of people indicated on the front.
- During your visit, please keep your Ticket and present it upon request by Museum representatives.
- Your Ticket cannot be returned or exchanged (except as set out in our refund policy below).
- If you visit the Museum, you agree to abide by our Rules for Visitors.
- Your Ticket is subject to our resale policy below.
- It is prohibited to edit or modify the Ticket you have received in electronic or printed form.
- The Museum reserves the right to refuse your entry to the Museum or to join the event online if you violate this Procedure or in case of man-made, natural, or military emergencies.
The Museum also reserves the right to:
- Change the opening hours and notify visitors about it on the website and its social media pages without specifying the reason for the change
Tickets refund policy
The issue of ticket refunds implies the need for a refund only if the Museum cancels the event.
Tickets with an open date are not refundable, as the visitor can use the Ticket on any day or transfer it to another person.
Refunds for guided tours are made only if the tour didn't occur due to the Museum's fault (no guide available, etc.) within a specific interval from the planned visit date.
Suppose a visit to the Museum is canceled due to government quarantine measures (or other force majeure circumstances) in the region where the Museum is located, we will refund tickets and/or postpone events.

Resale policy
If a Ticket is resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than us or one of our authorized sub-agents, it will be invalid. If you try to visit the Museum or attend any exhibition or event (on-site or online) using a Ticket that has been resold without the Museum's written permission, you may not be allowed to enter the Museum, exhibition, or event. In such a case, there will be no refund.

The Museum makes every effort to ensure that our descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices are as accurate as possible, but they are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing
Prices on our website are the same as those in the Museum's gift shops. The goods offered on our website depend on their availability when ordering.
Final Provisions
If you do not fully accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using this website.
In any case, by using this site, you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions, which come into force on the date of first use.
The Museum is always ready to consider the wishes and suggestions of any site participant regarding the operation of the resource.
